Do you get called for your OK over a particular amountwhat is their tenant screening processwhat is the commission for new tenants - if they brake the lease do you get a new tenant process freewhat is the rental range and deposit requirements?  

Having said all of that, I think you should ignore everything I've said IF it somehow puts the brakes on your desire to get started.

Hi @Lindsay Brake, I had the same issue but luckily the appraiser was able to find comparable homes that had sold nearby and appraised the home at 183K.

Having 4 boilers , 4 water heaters or or cooling  units can be costly if one brakes down.  

I've been in this house for over 3 years and never heard about brake-ins or anything like that.

You're probably right regarding the REFI being better than the HELOC...and as long as you don't follow me too close...I tend to brake without warning...I guess I just warmed you.  

Before I was born, he used to buy cars that needed work (brakes, tune up, paint, etc.) out of the classifieds. 

We purchased a home that needed updating in Ohio and renovated the kitchen and bathrooms and ended up braking even in a slumping home market.

Give me a brake.

You don't get paid extra for them and you run the risk of high water bills and frequent brake downs
