:)   I'm stubborn I really want FL  I want to eventually live in florida part time  but what I keep being told is everyone is heading to NC more bang for your buck  I think,  and I would like to say I did have other interests in my life besides realestate but until I reach my first goal I have no other maybe a little yoga. 

And I don’t just offer my services for free, even though people could read tons of self-help articles on line or buy books for a lot less than meeting with me for an hour.So tell me Gregory, why do millions of people spend thousands of dollars a year on therapy services when they could learn everything they need to know about relationships and living a happy life for free by looking it up and reading about it on line?
