When I asked her if she let the water drip she said she didn't know she had to let the water drip although on the news they constantly told people to let the water drip due to the temperature dropping to the 20s for 2 days and ice was on the ground.

Probably not a great place to get investment advice or even take the temperature of the market.In Cleveland we are still seeing good results in downtown which is underserved by overpriced hotels, but we are also shifting our focus to "drive-to" vacation-y spots within an hour or so of the city, and unique stays.

A stuck open toilet flap water usage is only limited to the maximum per gallon flow from the fill valve, which despite what the literature says on flow rates will vary depending on time of day, static system pressure, and even the water temperature at different times of the year.
