with average home prices nationwide being what they are  its a 1k  credit  for amazon products not sure that is a market changer or mover..

I've listened to probably 40 podcasts and just finished Brandon Turner's "Intro to real estate investing" I really wish I had jumped on the investor train 5 years earlier before the Seattle market creep hit the Tacoma area side!

Looking at how overpriced the Tacoma duplex market seems (5-6% cap rate) should I buy now, or wait to save up the 20% down to avoid PMI and work on my career in private accounting.
