It’s the guidance from parents that help you when your a dumb teenager. 

I've known since about half-way through college that I wanted to use real estate to achieve financial freedom as soon as possible, however due to moving to the US as a teenager, I didn't necessarily understand how to approach financing my college education. 

I have a degree in engineering, a BS in business, certifications (and experience) in project management and I grew up in a family that had a construction company that I worked for as a teenager through college. 

You get a crazy neighbor and they may be calling you often for ridiculous reasons, that’s what a security system is for. 99 percent of guests are perfectly fine and no worse than a random neighbor whose teenagers have friends over on the weekend.

Basically, you start young (thing teenager but only because that's the youngest you can start) and every two years you go on credit card opening spree.

Heck, I had a group of teenage girls stay there for the Taylor Swift show the other month... alone.My point is, crime maps don't tell the whole story.

It's more than just a nightlife, Tim, or you'd see more professionals on South Street instead of teenagers.

I recall my dad said to me as a teenager that if I earn $1 and can't save 10 cents, then when I earn $10,000 I will not save $1.
