It's a mid century Spanish style ranch, good bones, just VERY unfortunate layout issues and no updating since it was built. 

I think those of us focusing on MF in Wichita would do well to connect and see if there are synergies (ugh, I hate that word) and partnering opportunities. 

My Potential tenants do not speak English the contract that I am going to have them sign is going to be in English should I consider in hiring a translator or try to get a contract in Spanish and if so how do i get one in Spanish?

Nice synergy if you use them as part of your application process too. 

The spanish tile roofs also hold up pretty well to flyover photography.
