Personally, I've had success in Linden, Southern Orchards, South of Main, Driving Park, and Franklinton to name a few neighborhoods in Columbus. 

seems to me folks can just share in the success stories threads thats where you go to talk about your wins and let folks know what your up to..

As a newbie, I need someone to guide me from the beginning to try to avoid mistakes and hopefully be very successful.

I can only imagine that you've been successful at that. 

But I wouldn't worry as long as your filings said successful.  

My advice would be is to talk to multiple investors who have real world, actual success-based experience in flipping over a sustained period.

His goal is to diversity his money as he's been very successful in another business.
