@Amy FirminAmy, If you are bringing your kids in to teach them the business, letting them know that trying to cut costs by saving on legal fees is definitely not the best advice.A partnership template may technically cover the needs of the parties at its inception but may not be sufficient to cover the eventualities that can arise in real time.If you do find that template, spending a few bucks to have an experienced eyeballs on it to button it up seems like a good idea.

@Philip Choi any real estate agent can find you a tenant, but most do not manage rentals PROFESSIONALLY.Many agents do TRY to manage rentals to make a few extra bucks, but they often don't tell their real estate broker and they rarely have software and other necessities to manage well.There are some real estate brokers that also manage properties, but if they don't have staff 100% dedicated to management, it's often a disaster.Check out NARPM.com for property management companies that are dedicated to property owners.
