(obviously probably won't do that, but you get the spectrum I'm laying out here).I'm sure there's a state statute (I'm in Madison, Wisconsin, aka the most tenant-friendly city in the US) that specifies the landlord's responsibility and I'm going to seek out input from our local tenant resource center as well, but wanted other landlord's opinions on how they'd deal with the situation.Thank you in advance!

Ranking your 4 selections by best rent-to-price ratio:1) Southfield (has Class A, B & C properties)2) Farmington (Mostly Class A, less B)3) Novi (Mostly Class A, some older homes would be Class B)4) Birmingham (anything less than Class A is teardown & rebuild)You may want to add Oak Park, Hazel Park, Madison Hts, Redford (to name a few) to your list, if Class B cashflow is your target.
