They have a great sales pitch, but rush to sign you up and not much after that.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

So investors who want to sign a contract on a property before it even hits the market can benefit from networking with real estate attorneys.

I think you'll have to sign an affidavit stating you plan to occupy it.
