I'm specifically interested in "main street" properties with a downstairs retail space, upstairs apartment(s).If you know of anyone with this sort of experience, I'd REALLY appreciate the connection.

We see a lot of our clients in Denver and Colorado Springs have success with either rent-by-the-room or some sort of basement apartment/ADU setup.

It is less than an acre, but zoned for multi-family residential development (town-homes, condos, apartments, etc) Having never been, I know nothing of the potential in Delta Utah.

Both are great.Hospitable is great for a part time host. 

Anything over that could mean that the property is overstaffed, or it could mean that management is delivering a very high level of service such as in a luxury property that has a doorman and all sorts of staff that you don't typically see in garden style apartments.

Update:  they responded: Summer group- "do not have a company insuring apartment buildings."
