They should be happy to speak to a group about educational points and obtaining a license.If you give a reputable contractor the opportunity to talk about what rehabs they have done, to a group of investors, I'm sure they would jump at the chance.It does not have to cost you to have a meeting!

They will be really happy because they can get into a house with a lower mortgage and you don't have to pay realtor fees.
