So there apparently is some discretion on the inspections.I think the main issue with wholesaling to a VA buyer would be the length of time the loans take to close.

I currently have in the making a package deal for 143 single family homes in Mesquite.

Well, after SEVERAL back and forth attempts to get it right (due to the language barrier), we’ve finally gotten a logo completed, but the package I purchased also came with a social media kit (along with 3-d logo, logo transparency, stationary designs, and source file). 

My question is, assuming we are not willing to fork over an additional 75k to close the mortgage out, do lenders offer refinanced mortgage packages for such a small amount of loan to value?

I used Corporate Housing By Owner and used a discount code I found on line to get the Silver Package so it came out to be about $350 for the year.

Well in that case if it's a great deal and it makes sense to do it yourself then put a package together for your hard money lenders.
