The best contractors don't often go to Home Depot and Lowes as much as to the supply houses--they know the materials are better quality and usually less expensive than some of the 'second quality' stuff the box stores sell.Good luck.

You'll need about 4-6 vendors reporting net terms on the LLC, then you can go to places like OD, Staples for charge cards, then maybe Home Depot and banks for business credit cards, and then finally the holy grail, a business credit line.

in a title company state .. this is quite simple just go to title company and lay out what you want to do.in some states the title company will ask that an attorney prep the note but again this is quite simple.and the title company will have a referral to an attorney many times if in deed they wont prep the note.. you can literally go into office depot and buy Notes and hand fill them out.. its just fill in the blanks..don't over think it.

For a tech to do these things, it would have been probably $100 for the truck roll each time, and $50, $50, and $10 for the parts, respectively.Every year or two, I also cut the power to the outside A/C unit and hose out the coils with a garden hose.
