Looking to network with lenders, agents, contractors.

One of the 2 things will happen after you try that for 2 or 3 years:  you are really good and make a lot of money and have a track record to attract other property owners to do arbitrage with you (that's what happened between us and the guy we are about to sign a contract with), or you are not very good or you don't really enjoy doing it, so you either sell the property or let other people manage them. 

@Juan Carlos CorreaLet me know if you need any great general contractors and I have large network for this area.

We had some other work done by contractors.

I have a general contractors and interior design license.

I have a one year background as a general contractor but decided I was not ready yet so I decided to stop.

I'm a San Antonio native and I am also a Project Manager/General Contractor.

My realtor and my contractor both felt that if he was refusing to upgrade the panel it was likely an indication that he had done shoddy work on the rehab or had something to hide.
