“Guaranteed rent” is what made me convinced and they are “more likely to be cautious” because if they break the clause on the lease agreement, they might get evicted and the chances of them losing their voucher becomes high.

I don't know how we fix crime and schools without getting the Goobermint involved, which rarely works....Unless we gave tax breaks and incentives to builders and investors like us that would encourage us to take bigger chances and go develop some of these down-and-out areas......it's worked before....

The difference between the 2 is a liability costs you money each month vs an asset makes you money each month.2nd Point, As a realtory, you goal should be to be a listing agent, I don't think you have a had the chance to host an open house and try to attract clients as a realtor, you should at least try it a couple times, but at the end of the day hosting an open house to find clients is not the tool it used to be.
