In Australia they have a term for neighborhoods like Candler Park, East Lake, Kirkwood --  they're "city suburbs,"  as opposed to the Western suburbs, and have urban city issues as well as suburban issues. 

@Mike Lambert As I’m sure you know, using the listing agent as a buyer is standard practice in some parts of the world like Australia where most buyers don’t have their own separate representation.

@Engelo Rumora  quite frankly Engelo is one of the great American success stories bar none.he comes here 7 years ago from Australia  talking all funny with these big grandiose plans.. gets lulled into war zone type stuff because it was cheap learned straight away that was a dead end.

They live in Australia full-time (not sure if that matters).

Not sure why it took me so long to join, but I'm here now.A little bit about me, I'm currently a full time photographer originally from Australia but now based out of Oklahoma, you can see some of my work here: I also do a lot of digital marketing(specializing in Email Marketing and Customer Journeys) and graphic design on the side.I've been really getting into real estate over the last couple years with a few rentals and about to open our first Airbnb, hopefully start of June.I really want to dive straight in and see where this takes me.
