Over the weekend I went and visited some properties in east Hartford , new Bretain and Norwich.

Was just there this weekend. 

I am going to start driving for dollars after my family vacation next weekend and I have already started combing craigslist for potential deals.  

My family has been involved in REI since I can remember and I've spent countless weekends fixing rental properties and doing some DIY rehab.I'm currently in the research phase of my real estate career and although my family's experience in RE lays heavily in single family homes, I am more drawn to multi-family and flipping.  

If it's 5PM on the Friday of a three-day holiday weekend, it's guaranteed that I'll get a call from one of the two low rent units, or both.

Most people take a shower just because it's quicker and more convenient but many people like the "luxury" of being able to take a bath on a weekend or if they want to relax on an evening off.

As for exam studying, RE trainers out of Anaheim has a 2-day exam crash course scheduled for the weekend of Oct 8-9 in Santa Clara.

Since discovering BP last weekend, I have already had the opportunity to listen to 6 or 7 podcasts, read multiple blogs and beginners guides and I just finished Rich Dad, Poor Dad today and then immediately dove into another BP special.
