Here that includes them ALL,,schools, cities, counties, colleges,,depend on the very real estate taxes we have ALL thought was going too high too fast NOW with depressed prices and values,,,they SHOULD,,,actually they HAVE to rachet down those tax valuations to actual numbers,,,especially if protested.

Almost everyone hates HOAs (me included as I hate to waste any $) but some of this is budgeted towards roof, siding, gutters, sidewalks, trees, etc.My HOA investment property even hired an attorned to protest the property taxes & won.
