One would assume that your leveraging on the front end to refinance down the road as Chris alluded to.Aaron has sound advice in that things are fluid in this business and life period.

I like smaller deals so you stay more fluid. 

I would rather keep my cash fluid than buy overpriced marginal properties.

There is a potion of each day spent in the office keeping everything up to date and organized so that we flow fluidly... returning phone calls, emails, and varied other tasks.
