Added an extra bedroom on the loft that was pretty huge: 3--> 4 bedrooms; still room to have a home theater and extra room for more cash flow.Also the light fixture in the kitchen looked like you were in an hospital surgery room... not very appealing when you enter in the house because the first thing you see... so put some modern can lights and also added a garage door opener (who wants one you operate manually anyway?)

Other activities could potentially include traditional camping, glamping, non-traditional camping (i.e. allowing campers to camp with dogs off-leash), allowing dog clubs to meet on the property for competitions for a fee, hunting, building a tiny house community, build a solar or wind farm, drive-in movie theater, paintball course, etc.Depending on the landscape, someone might be interested in leasing the land for raising livestock, doing a livestock show, performing environmental research for state/federal grants, etc.

Between that, direct lenders being allowed to set higher profit margins by loan type (very relevant in a VA thread), them getting a pass on fiduciary obligations, bankers being able to be "registered" instead of "licensed," etc, it's just got to be a matter of lobbying efforts against us on capital hill, and that we suck at lobbying back.
