Very much against our free market system, saving those feckless twits from themselves and their “of course we’ll get bailed out, we’re too big to fail” attitude. 

If everyone agreed with every law the courts would not be full of cases being tried where prosecutors fail to have their interpretation of law verified.   

I have a duplex with A/C units that are 20 years old and I may not like it, but I know they are going to fail.

@Justin Whitfield I wouldn’t invest in syndication right now because many of them are behind on payments and we’ve even seen some reports on the forums of some that have failed and taken over $200,000 of one investors money.

They say you are investing in land, but because you are paying $15k for maybe $1,500 in land, you are really investing in the business.If the business fails, you will probably not be able to sell the land -- it's an incredibly small piece of land that is too small to be individually farmed (and therefore tough to individually sell).Vet the business - that's what you are investing in.
