It will be helpful if you get that lease resigned before approaching the bank.  

I think if you understand the price per unit as well as the price per square foot in the zip code and nearby zip codes that will give you a good idea of the comparable market analysis approach and appraiser might use.

If they never get that opportunity then they're just going to continue to be scum of the earth maybe not be a sex offender again but they will be on the streets they'll be more vulnerable more chances for people to take advantage of them and make up lies about them and to get hurt because a lot of people want to hurt people with these type of crap I think people should get to know somebody and truly see how they really are before they judge them they should take the approach as everybody deserves a second chance.

This approach requires more messaging though—and the impact of this at a larger scale could be a lot of extra work—but in our view, it was absolutely worth it.

Take the 4 Hour Work Week approach and head off to somewhere in exotic😉

I'm not even sure if this is the right approach and/or if I'm overcomplicating this.
