Maintain proper records - Contracts, Settlement Statements, Agreements, Promissory Notes etc.Additionally, you can track income and expenses consistently, using software or spreadsheets.As you scale, if bookkeeping isn't fun for you, consider hiring a bookkeeper for a couple hundred bucks per month.

I have seen software that integrates with Airbnb and/or a property management system to background check Airbnb bookings.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.

Anyone in the group using yardi voyager (or another version of yardi) or mri software ?

I don't really need property management software as I have a PM.
