I thought the old layout was too cluttered and required too much sifting to find the places I was trying to get.

I sift thru the leads for sales and put as many as possible into rentals with a plan for credit repair and a future sale.

They by no means discriminated while sifting through their applications, but explained that their pool of possible tenants was bigger than other landlords advertising their two story duplexes.

They now use their analytics to identify solid investment properties in multiple different markets and have local experts to help sift through properties and help investors find what they're looking for.  

Only thing is that you have to sift through the data to filter out leads that match your criteria.

I haven't seen too many posts about trivial stuff (and I apologize if they have been discussed, but there is a lot of info on this forum to sift through) Even though I've directly asked trivial questions, received many responses, not many of the responses answer my questions directly (and respectfully, even your answer). 

Is this a strategy that could work for wholesaling in canada, right now im sifting through expired listings, 90 days, under $400,000, but This sounds like a good idea is well.

With that, Raleigh still presents opportunity for those willing to sift through and put in the work.
