While the same comments would apply, the previous Portuguese government enacted a law in 2023 that severely restricted certain types of short-term rental in certain areas and that law has been abolished by the new government because they realized it wouldn't solve the problem.

Sure, you can make a few quick trades, but the playground monitors (a.k.a. the law) might notice, and you’ll miss out on the bigger opportunities and loyal customers.So, while skipping the license might seem easier, it’s not the best way to win at the toy game in the long run.I have this talk with 10-15 people each month at our Free Meetups here in MA, NH, and ME.

I noticed their business is listed as an LLC on their Zillow profile, and we also found that they have a few other unrelated LLC businesses that didn’t seem to work out for them over the years and were short-lived.
