I'm not really focusing on the San Diego market due to high prices but really just want to get some experience while not being a burden.I live about an hour north of San Diego and the commute can be brutal which got me thinking about trying to find something flexible I could do after leaving work in the San Diego area while either waiting for traffic to die down or just crash on the ship for the evening.

But for all the programs out there seems to me this one for 1,500 would be worth it you know there are going to be others who are probably in good positions to buy this stuff so that means they have ability financially and business wise.compared to say a wholesaling seminar which is the how to get rich quick with no money crowd.. or the fix and flip seminars.. which are a mixed bag of capable folks and dreamers.

@Wayne Brooks, I am capable of understanding insurance policy's and what is covered and what is not. 

Are you capable of doing this all yourself because if you gotta pay a contractor to do this it could easily run over 60k if it’s as bad as you describe .

So I've recently become interested in shipping container homes.

Basically related to large tanker/shipping vessels and legal settlements.

I will have a septic professional coming to the house ans check if the septic is capable of holding a 3 bedroom house.

We have all stainless steel appliances and could consider leaving the washer and dryer but we might want to ship it back.

Milwaukee, on the other hand, retained its character as a city that was built on Lake Michigan shipping with large populations of German, Slavic, and Italian immigrants.

How sure are you of your capabilities and skills to pull this off?
