In Washington State, you just go to the Secretary of State website and fill out the form, pick a name,  and pay $200.

That can be found out by talking to County Clerk's secretary or someone at the county that deals with tax deed sales.  

@Jason Greenway For an LLC in Washington State, all you need to do is go to the State Secretary website and do it directly.

An LLP has the same liability protection but is set up with the State's Secretary of State instead of the Corporations Commission.  

Today's update is that my realtor was able to talk to the appraiser's secretary yesterday and she said the report would be in this morning. 

I went ahead and printed the stamped copies off the secretary of state's website and am hoping those will suffice.

Under the Act, the following is required for a Delaware Statutory Trust to exist: (i) a governing instrument (typically a trust agreement), (ii) a certificate of trust filed with the Office of the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware (the “Delaware Secretary of State”), (iii) one or more trustees, and (iv) one or more beneficial owners.
