If there are no comps that exactly match my criteria (e.g. bedroom count), how much flexibility is advisable when searching for comps?

To get a figure on how much you can rent your home for, I think BiggerPockets will allow few rental analyze deal searches.

I bought 14 homes in a short period of time for gozone tax bene's those are the same as the benes that people search out for cost seg these days.. except they were much easier you did not need a cost seg report..

Out of curiosity, when you travel to new cities for work, are you basing your search for housing on a certain mileage, or walking distance, from the hospital you’re working at?

One feature that I would love is to be able to see this on the main search page so you don't even have to navigate to an individual listing.

I searched and she's posting a bunch of posts on a variety of REI groups all recommending this company.

As noted, I would get on meetup.com and search your area for "real estate", "real estate investing", etc.  

I do not wish to waste my time watching videos,searching the internet for how tos and what I should be doing.
