DSCR Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Estimates and projections are great, but experience gives you the real numbers!

Does anyone have a sample of an assignable option contract for real estate that I can use? 

(zero claims or issues) We are looking at going with Obei Insurance, they focus specifically on investor real estate.

Wherever you took your broker's class you should have ample study materials.If you are talking about your real estate agent's license in NJ (that is not a broker's license), you need to take the initial class at an accredited agency and they will give you all of the materials after you finish the 75 hours for the test. 

I got into real estate through an organic relationship, nor would I be where I'm at today if it wasn't for those relationships. 

If you’re serious about this aspect of real estate and you have the time/money to invest into your education, I would strongly recommend Raisemasters as a quality mastermind to join. 

I locked up my first deal , now im trying to find buyers. I never put my time into finding buyers unless I had something to offer. How do I find Buyers??
