Update: We closed on this property and went ahead with the short plat process to create the new 12 acre parcel!

If you buy a duplex and your "cost" per month is 750 (just using a number) but for you to rent or (even buy) a similar single family it would cost you 2000 a month then you are still 1250 a head every month!

I flew over there a couple weeks ago but property prices in Flagstaff are higher than in the Boise area which makes it a lot harder for us to push into the market.

I also know that they "didn't know about the sale ahead of time", so I have to imagine that played a role in the lien.
