Hi Paul thank you for the response, as per a coaching program have you heard of keyspire?

I liked him and what he was offering (and being in the coaching space myself, I’m not at all bothered that he was selling something) but I’d never heard of him before, so I wanted to do a bit more digging before signing up.I am curious if anyone in the BP community  has had experience specifically with him, his courses or coaching program and would mind sharing their thoughts. 

It reminds me of when I was first learning to program - any answers I found only led to more questions.

Decided to keep those fees and brought a program in house.

There are a lot of community redevelopment block grants available as well as tax abatement programs to take advantage of.

This is straight out of my paperwork: Loan Program: 30 YR FIX - SEQUOIA - DSCR >= 1.00 - 5% PPP - 5 YR PPPAnd getting back to the initial post - as usual, we only have the information the OP provided, so it's difficult to advise, right?  

I control the codes and programming, and i just give them an assigned one.

There is a NO DSCR programs available and options that do not require you to own any properties.
