DSCR loans are typically for income-producing properties, whereas HELOC's are used for personal expenses or home improvements.

If not, then it was not a value add event, it was just maintenance, and it should have been covered by your maintenance budget.So, the question is when will you realize the gains produced by your value add expenses?

I only recommend selling when you can invest in something else that produces a greater return or move closer to your goals.

As for production, eXp agents have to produce to reap the full benefits because not producing, just recruiting alone, it has massive impact, it does.

So hard to find information on RETA and McMahan that isn't either based on suspicion (but not data) or is produced by McMahan or one of his affiliates themselves. 

You can buy single family homes in the Midwest for less than a $100k and have them producing excellent rents.

Are there higher income producing activities that would be a better use and could make you more than what could be $25 a week to cut grass?

If I can get from point A (drawing up plans) to point B (finishing the build and renting the cabin as an STR) I know that this thing will be a cash producing monster with a fantastic ROI.

Real estate is basically income producing gold to fight inflation and in an end of the world scenario you could replace gold with guns/ammo/canned food.
