Part of me wants to wait 6 months for this to turn into a full blown buyers market (dare I even wish for a small correction?)

That means a 99.9% non motivated seller rate, and a 0.1% motivated seller rate.It means that from the 1000 people on your list  999 were not motivated.Now how can ANYONE dare still try to tell you that the way you find off market motivated selelrs is through lists?!
