Have you looked into the airbnb market before the pandemic?

At the beginning of this I responded to posts thinking this pandemic was being overblown.

It looks like it has great potential but I’m worried to pull the trigger on my first flip during a global pandemic.

Phoenix was a hot spot for the cause of the problem, as was Las Vegas.In 2020, housing is an innocent bystander to a probable recession caused by a pandemic.

Of course, the CV is a pandemic and impacts our economy and lives on a whole different level, but the principle does not change. 

Wanted to see what local investors are experiencing with their investments regarding tenants, rent, mortgage payments, notification of sick tenants or tenants with no jobs currently that are unable to pay rent. and any other experiences / information that may be beneficial to share to other investors in the area with the current Pandemic.

@Merle Svenson I think this pandemic shines light on many things as well such as the paradigm shift and possible tech bridge between generations.
