NO need for HML and they are an up and running company very well capitalized and won't hit you up for up front money.Now Do hard money in Utah claims to do 100% but they charge 2500 up front just to get in the Q with no guarantee of funding but I have heard they will fund ...so their is some risk there.Try these two outfits before you start talking to private folks that may just waste a ton of your time..I would Try Gorilla first off.. and see what they can do with you.. and if you have a SCREAMING deal then it might be OK to risk the 2500....Or put a business plan together and find a TRUE money partner..

I will also bring you the money while wearing a clown outfit and toting balloons.  

I think these things are definitely important to note but that shopping list is fairly light for a full Airbnb outfit.

If you don't have the money for 10-25% down, you really can't afford to outfit the place correctly or have $$$ to take care of the various issues that will crop up due to guests.IMHO, you should live as cheap as you can.

@James Wise  there is one bigger player there I know I went and checked out his out fit well run 20 some employees.. although I will just have to say that 45k homes in Detroit are no way B class easy to manage.. having done hundreds of funding's there and know the areas..
