Looking for some opinions please..I am on track to close on my second investment property (3/2)  in a few weeks or so with flexible plans for the Seller to rent it back at a discount for a couple months. 

I’m looking for advice or opinions from others who have struggled with this or have felt like this.

My opinion on this would be to add it if you want it for yourself while you still live there, otherwise I wouldn't bother.
