I am not interested in some cheap plastic shed or similar (sorry, no offense).

I'm not one to avoid people in general but if I were I'd avoid  those who think or call others ignorant.It's way too strong and  offensive  a word for the sentiment you are trying to express , in fact some may feel the use of that word in the specific context you  applied exhibits it ig.....( oops I nearly  did it myself)... impaired judgement.

No offense intended.I find I can generate multiple income points when I engineer lease options, wraps, seller-carry's, etc in addition to just an assignment fee in the beginning.

After 2 weeks of dealing with several different forms of water damage (leaking water heaters, refrigerator lines cracking, toilet tank seal cracking, etc), I'm going on the offensive.  

Sometimes the front line person at your lending institution won't know any of this either. 

No offense, the market is different than it is in FL, NC, & ON.

These are all completely false claims as my property manager has interviewed other neighbors as well as talked to the police who have never seen any evidence of ANY of the reported offenses.

Of course, I do need to figure out how to find off-market deals, but I won't ask this of people here, because it sounds like it would be offensive.
