I'm sure if he was asked even The Donald earned  a few finders fees in his life time.

Even if it never happens in my life time, you still have to build for it.

It changed my frickin' life.

I was overconfident after successfully doing numerous value add rehabs when this spring we took on a rehab of a little unit that was listed as built in 1901 (I believe it was really built in 1920s and 1901 was used because they did not know when it was built).  

The rest of the cash is sitting in a Whole life insurance policy growing every day waiting for the next opportunity. 

Usually as long as their are no life threatening issues (no HVAC, windows won't open, no hot water), the housing authority will began to pay the rent and give you time to address the required repairs.

This influx is largely driven by young professionals and families attracted to the city's burgeoning tech scene and quality of life.

My quality of life is far better than it was living in a 1 br rental in Windsor Terrace, where crappy and old 2-family properties sold for well over 1mm. 

For me at this time in my life, that is huge. 

Don't make your life more complicated than it has to be.
