I was able to get an inspection done and from that I know the main work needed is as follow:Under house crawlspace:some foundation pillars or crumbling and need replacement.Major leaks under main bath causing wood beams deterioration.Multiple minor leaks to wood beams in different areas as well.HVAC duct work is leaking at connections.

If there is a strong offer with high down payment and good purchase price and fast closing or fast inspection periods and no closing costs requested, reach out to the Loan officer and ask any other questions which will not break any laws.ALSO - ANYHING CAN BE ENTERED INTO THE SYSTEM TO MAKE THE DU LOOK SUPER SWEET SO IT REALLY DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING IF THE LOAN OFFICER IS BEING DECEPTIVE.

Also this property is off the market ive looked on zillow, realator, etc If you are looking at off market, typically you would do your inspections once an offer is accepted, not before.
