Go to www.ador.alabama.gov  Click on Divisions on the menu bar, then Property Tax from the menu that pops.  

You can't go out and become a plumber AND an electrician, so what I'd recommend is to get yourself 'The book on flipping' (which comes with 'The book on estimating' if you order it on this site, from menu above, instead of on Amazon  - although I'm not sure if BP delivers to Alaska - they don't to Canada).

That's one of your most important reasons for finding a club or "meet-up" in your area (check menu above) - to network and make the connections that will form your investment team - your bankers, lenders, lawyers,etc.So welcome to BP and I compliment you on taking the time to understand yourself, your time constraints, your risk tolerance and everything else that will help you choose your strategy/niche.

Also, check under the TOOLS tab drop down menu, there will be one called FilePlace that has some common forms.

On the menu bar of the website, toward the right side, there's a menu option called 'tools'.

You can also select a neighborhood from the drop down menu to see it on the map: Indy.gov neighborhoods

Spokane gives you a drop down menu for each tax district and tells you what each district's tax rate is.
