I have a guy that works way cheaper then he should and does them for about $1300 labor which I know is crazy so I am trying to get a grasp on reality when I start shopping rates again.For a small full bathroom we typically do a complete gut except we keep the tub and reglaze it -  Labor usually consists of ceramic tile shower surround/tile floor - new toilet,light,mirror,towel bar,faucet, shower head - trim and painI know this is region specific but just interested to hear others

Hardwood floors and tile or high quality vinyl floors.

Do you mind me asking about how much it cost to repaint the cabinets, put the tiles up underneath the cabinets and switching out the counter top?

@Marvin McTaw It needs flooring (cracked tile) there's some wood rot in the rr, needs all new doors, big thing is it's window units not central ac.

I just found a house that the Tile Co show is owned by the VA.

I actually do see this insured class having greater risks, but that can be managed knowing who mom and dad are and having contact with them and the kid, lay down the law!

Where we spend different amounts of money is the fit and finishes (windows, appliances, counters, tile, cabinets, fixtures, etc).
