I have to stay humbles.

Even with my humble financial position, if I think creatively, and maybe find the right lender or partner, I know I can make things happen, create a deal, grow my assets and achieve financial freedom.I have not read the book you mentioned but it is on my list of books to read.

Whether you spent an extra decade in higher education or never even finished high school, you can be successful (however you want to define it) as long as you work hard, are humble and make good connections with people.

They have no case that I can see, but I'm just a humble re broker, not an attorney or insurance company.  ;-)It seems to me that the price of a good nights sleep for you will be getting all the plumbing properly replaced.

Because at the end of the day, if it doesn't cashflow on day 1, and there is a reason that it won't cashflow, then it's not a good deal (in my humble opinion since I invest for cashflow).

In my humble opinion, you should ideally be using the VA loan at every duty station, sticking around for two years, refinancing, then PCSing and repeating.
