If you don't have the time to manage the property then you would probably want a company to do that for you.

I worked at hospital diagonally across street so very convenient and at the time this 2bed 1bath was all I needed.

I think RI will continue to appreciate and over time as you(tenants) pay down the mortgage creating more equity.

I believe it is always a good time to invest (sooner the better) and then, there's a better time to invest when all the conditions align, which I missed in 2019.
