I have two friends who own rental properties and they are successful with their properties, I read Rich Dad Poor Dad twice along with Rental Property Investing and Power of Habit, I've been told by multiple people apart of the Baby Boomer and Generation X that they wish they invested in Real Estate at my age, I was a Resident Advisor at my University and I enjoyed that role so some of the skills are transferrable, and lastly this is the best time for me to take a risk.

Condos are sometimes not the best long term wealth generators depending on the location.I am assuming you went with a condo because it is what you could afford in the neighborhood where you want to live.

@Nick Burrell recommend you start looking for "deals" that you can sell to other investors.This will force you to learn how to find them AND evaluate them.You'll generate commissions you can accumulate to start flipping.

That sounds amazing, I hope your investments generate massive value!  

Rehab projects are great and they give you the option to sell and move on after completing or to hold the property as long-term rental to generate some extra income.

The truth is, the only thing that WOULD make you crazy is if you decided that Real Estate investing wasn't worth your time and/or wasn't a long term generational wealth builder. 

What I hear again and again from hosts who are accustomed to Airbnb for their STRs and even some MTRs is that they expect FF to work the same way when, in reality, FF is just a lead generation platform.
