@Ika SargeantYes, its a very much talked about, I know in Reston there really isn't a need over here but I do know in falls church for example thats where alot of travel nurses live so Rental Arbitrage would be successful over there but there's not enough data over there so I haven't been investing my time in researching because of the lack of data but I'm going to call the Fairfax Nova hospital and get more information from them this week to see if they do contracts with corporations to send agency nurses to properties but that will be later.
