I think I would try to get past the one-year mark for capital gains then sell it.

Can you share some of your insights on how you've applied this to the Austin area?

I think it gives great insight into turn key rentals.

Hi @Erwin Groenendijk, thanks for all the great insights you shared in this thread and others that I saw in BP forums.For context, I'm spanish but I reside in the US.

However, this allowed me to gain initial experience and confidence without being overwhelmed by managing multiple platforms simultaneously.

Now Im looking to maximize my potential, gain some financial independence and start making my money work for me and not work for my money.

Were you just looking to gain your time back?
