You might be surprised with the amount of "trapped" equity you have in your current properties that you might be able to "unlock" to finance your next property.

@Kevin Wood: Fixed Asset Management module is included in the QuickBooks Accountant version where you can calculate the depreciation.

I'm almost at my limit- it's so nice when they say how much time and money I saved with their ticker on the top of the page but in dealing with the increasing hassle that amount is skewed. 

The business would have an asset it was able to depreciate in the amount of $6,200. 

We've done around 60 deals using the fix-and-flip strategy, BRRRR strategy, and build-to-sell strategy!

Local PM's can get you the most accurate rent amount for your property.

The amount of equity I call pull is less than the cash I have but not significantly less.When doing this analysis it struck me that it may not be worth using a HELOC for the simple fact that the interest rate is ~9%* while the funds in my high yield account are only yielding ~5%*.
