I've lived through two of them and prospered greatly in the first-oil market collapse in the '80s, and survived handily during the second-investment banker's scam of the 2000s.The first time I paid cash I noticed the first benefit at closing when I looked at the HUD-1.

They often send letters like to this to fish for payment without legal grounds.

I would upgrade a slummy looking kitchen or bath with builder grade materials or do tweaks to something old looking but in good condition (refinish a pink cast iron tub, use oil based paint to cover dated bath tile in good condition, paint good condition cabinets white and add new counters)

Most posters say to use oil based Kilz, but are you also using some sort of enzyme odor remover prior to this?
