Except in very specific markets, condos are a vastly inferior investment to a stand-alone dwelling.

My husband has mixed feelings as to sell or keep.

If your not shopping you loan I feel you arent doing your job as an investor. 

But if you are wanting to go more with agent outreach then no. honestly I feel like all the programs basically teach the same thing.

Honestly, I feel this community should know better.We know about the secondary markets. 

I like my place and I feel rent will go up in this area as this is considered one of the few affordable neighborhoods up north.

I am pretty handy and have done plenty of restoration work myself and not afraid to put in some elbow grease. looking into real estate to get the wealth ball rolling but feel a little uneasy given the current state of the economy. what would you do in my shoes?!
